nsightsNow recently collaborated with the Insights Association IDEA Council on groundbreaking research on how to ask demographic questions on race and ethnicity in a more inclusive and sensitive way.  Insightsnow’s contribution was applying our unique Implicit/Explicit Test methodology to the panelists’ assessments of the various question formats.
