The Home-Use Testing solution is ideal for teams who need to understand consumer perceptions and experiences of products in their typical use setting. It is flexible to work with any product ready, available, and safe for consumer evaluation – including refrigerated or frozen products. These products could range from (a) ready-for-market products in commercial packaging or (b) small batch samples, or (c) prototype products – in all major CPG categories.

 Dig deep into consumer perceptions including sensory performance, process and use, packaging, branding and messaging. Include your favorite metrics and allow us to expand your insights by including additional behavioral metrics. Our behavioral metrics layer on top of your traditional metrics, to give you greater depth of knowledge about how and why the products perform, including emotional reactions, implicit and explicit reactions, potential to change choice behavior, new perceptions of price value, and more.

 Our Primary Shopper Category Advisors are members of an InsightsNow community who are pre-qualified as primary shoppers of specific product categories. This pre-qualification ensures your products are being evaluated by people who use the category you are studying, and we can place product with them quickly and efficiently. We use facilities in major US markets and door-to-door courier networks to ensure delivery of products directly to the advisors. This allows us to hand deliver any product type, including frozen and refrigerated products. Our Primary Shopper Category Advisors are also willing to shop in market for further context or product feasibility.
