January 31, 2012 - Corvallis, OregonDave Lundahl Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of InsightsNow will co-present with Rachel Cheatham Ph.D., Adjunct Assistant Professor, Friedman School of Nutrition, Science and Policy, Tufts University at IFT’s annual conference – Wellness 12. 

The presentation will take place at 8am on Thursday, March 29th 2012 during session track “Weight Management”.  The presentation is entitled Achieving Wellness through Behavior Innovation.

A revolutionary approach to food product development, behavior-driven innovation (Lundahl, 2012) will be the focus of the talk, with emphasis on how it is designed to encourage more healthful consumption.  The presentation will then drill down into two subjects: the first discussion will be on how current consumption patterns for meals, snacks, and other eating occasions intersect with more healthful food choices – followed by how behavior-driven innovation can be applied to increase wellness by changing meal replacement behavior through innovation.
