Norm Galvin to Lead Resource Allocation, Communicate INI’s Value Propositions Trent Pamplin to Manage CMS Team, Consult, Identify Statistical, Practical Approaches

CORVALLIS, Ore. – July 30, 2008 – Norm Galvin and Trent Pamplin were recently named the Vice President of Sales/Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Consumer and Marketing Science at InsightsNow, Inc., a Corvallis, Oregon-based market research firm for the consumer packaged goods industry.

In Galvin’s capacity as Vice President of Sales, he will work to ensure the proper resources are allocated effectively to support InsightsNow’s clients. As Chief Marketing Officer, Galvin is also responsible for the effective communication of INI’s value propositions and the relevancy they have for InsightsNow’s clients. In his role as Director of Consumer and Marketing Science, Pamplin will manage the CMS team of consultants, research associates, fielding staff, statisticians and mathematicians. He will also work as a consultant to clients, understanding and addressing their needs with the appropriate tools and methodologies and identifying the right statistical and practical approaches to answer clients’ questions.

Galvin is also the president of ORM Consulting. His experience also includes working as President and Chief Operating Officer at Software Support Services, Inc., Vice President of world sales at ABC Technologies and major account manager at Tandem Computers. He has also developed compensation plans for executives, sales managers and sales representatives and has served as a motivational speaker, mentor, coach and teacher of tailored negotiation seminars.

Pamplin’s work experience was primarily as a statistical consultant for a variety of technology companies over the past 16 years. He most recently worked at Hewlett- Packard as a master statistician, where he developed top-down statistical models for forecasting revenue for the multi-billion dollar global inkjet business. Pamplin has received awards for his leadership, quality and team contributions.
