Fielding Coordinator
Job Description
As a member of the Consumer Research Services team, the Fielding Coordinator is one of the interfaces between the consultants and the field operations. They are responsible for all fielding elements of research execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review all fielding aspects of research study with Consultants, Research Manager and/or customer
- Request, compile and confirm bids for research from field agencies
- Maintain research fieldwork and timeline
- Plan and write all research specific Protocols
- Ensure all execution personnel understand and properly execute the research protocols
- Review and verify quality for questionnaire and all real-time reports
- Monitor study progress – ensure proper quotas and fielding timelines are met
- Conduct preliminary review of quantitative and qualitative research results
- Manage product sourcing when required
- Compile all report elements, review with Research Managers and/or Consultants
- Validation and management of respondent data
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in resource allocation assignment
- Assist in review and qualification of nationally located field suppliers
- Assist in preparation and delivery of internal training
- Assist Consultants in preparing SOW, Proposals and IWO
- Fulfill Research Administrator Responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Excel in implementation of research process steps with attention to consumer products
- Understand how to manage psychological and perceptual errors inherent in food and fragrance testing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superior phone skills
- Experienced with writing questionnaires/surveys
- Basic statistical knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional command of verbal and written English language
