Research Associate (General Technologist)

As a member of the Consumer Research Services team, the Research Associate is the primary point for execution of a research study. They are responsible for coding questionnaires, screener development, coding reports, troubleshooting scripts, and validation of technical adherence to research protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Code Questionnaires/Surveys and logic scripts
• Development of Screeners
• Code real-time reports
• Create and organize client ready Excel tables and Excel and PowerPoint graphics
• Create data files in client ready formats

Secondary Responsibilities

• Execute additional analyses of research data (non-automated)
• Creation of custom tables and graphics from additional analyses
• Research Administrator responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Superb logic skills
• Team attitude; ability to interact with multiple project coordinators
• Excellent data structure knowledge (specific to survey questions)
• Understand and quickly design and implement complex logic scenarios
• Highly attentive to detail
• Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to excel in a fast paced position with tight deadlines
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML
• Javascript a plus
• Knowledge of basics statistics (ANOVA, Chi-Square and similar)
• Survey writing experience
