Administrative Assistant - Research / Corporate

As a member of the Consumer Research Services and Corporate Admin teams, the Administrative Assistant provides technical and organizational support on a variety of activities. Administrative Assistants are trained to specialize in specific aspects of the consumer research process, and are an integral part of the review and quality control aspects of individual research projects. They also support cross departmental efforts by offering administrative assistance.

Research Responsibilities

  • Communicating with various research study team members to ensure all documentation is accounted for and process elements are recorded

  • Documentation review for quality control

  • Ensuring the documentation for the research project is collected and organized in a timely and efficient manner


Corporate Affairs Responsibilities

  • Assisting in Accounting and HR functions

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Running corporate affairs related errands

  • Assisting with general administrative functions


Qualifications

  • Highly attentive to detail

  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office software; especially Word , Excel and PowerPoint

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Superb timeline management

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Team attitude – ready and excited to help anywhere it is needed

  • Enjoys a fast paced position with lots of tight deadlines

  • No field specific experience is required
