PROBLEM:

A beverage company wanted to extend its brand by adding a functional benefit while maintaining acceptability. Three prototypes needed to be compared against a new positioning statement in an extended home-use test. Time and money were limited.

SOLUTION:

profilesNOW was applied to select the most acceptable prototype for respondents to take home, with home-use responses entered online. During the CLT, reportsNOW was applied to quickly drop one prototype due to poor performance, increasing sample size for the alternatives. profilesNOW monitored home-use performance, allowing for select interviews.
