Drawing on work expertise and life experiences, they provide better perspectives, better interpretation and better answers.

Dave Lundahl, Ph.D.

President and CEO

Dr. David Lundahl founded InsightsNow, Inc. in 2003. Combining research consulting expertise with technology to yield better insights has been his mission from the very beginning. David has more than 20 years’ experience in consumer research and product development, focusing on statistics and business process improvement. Working in management positions for the food industry for many years, David also has been an associate professor at Oregon State University and founded two companies. Specializing in integrating the business decision-making process with market and consumer product research information, he has also been in industry leadership positions, written for many publications and spoken at several conferences. David holds a master’s degree in statistics and a doctorate in food science, both from Oregon State University.

Greg Stucky

Chief Research Officer

As InsightsNow’s Chief Research Officer Greg Stucky is responsible for the development of new methods, techniques and services for research innovation. Greg has been with InsightsNow since 2003. Greg served as the 2008 chairman of the Institute of Food Technologists Sensory Evaluation Division and sub-chairman for E18.05 Sensory Applications—General for the American Society for Testing and Materials. A frequent presenter at industry events, Greg was nominated for the ESOMAR 2005 Best International Research Paper award. Since 1996, he has used his exceptional skills and background to enable more than 300 new or improved food and personal care products to enter the market. Greg has a master’s degree in food science and technology from Oregon State University.

Jessica Gaedeke

Vice President of Client Development

As Vice President of Client Development, Jessica fosters successful partnerships with InsightsNow’s prestigious clients, assuring support aligns with their business and research challenges.  Jessica joined InsightsNow in 2005, and has consistently found new ways to provide clients with value in her years of managing Fortune 500 CPG accounts.  With extensive experience in both consumer research methods and CPG business strategy, Jessica brings a consultative perspective to managing the client development function at InsightsNow.  She holds a Master of Business Administration from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business, and has over 10 years of experience in the food industry.

Norm Galvin

Executive Vice President

Norm Galvin serves as Executive Vice President, leading the Sales organization. Prior to joining the InsightsNow team in 2008, he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Software Support Services, Inc., Vice President of world sales at ABC Technologies and a major account manager at Tandem Computers. Norm has extensive experience in strategic account management and has served as a motivational speaker, mentor, coach and teacher of tailored negotiation seminars. Norm has a degree from Montgomery College and has completed numerous management courses sponsored by Harvard School of Business.

Jeff Kenney

Vice President of Consumer & Marketing Sciences

As InsightsNow’s Vice President of Consumer & Marketing Sciences, Jeff is responsible for ensuring that research results are relevant and actionable at every level of our client’s business.  With over 12 years of experience that spans both the manufacturing and consulting sides of the CPG industry, Jeff has worked with many top companies across a broad range of product categories and all phases of the research process.  He is well-versed in working with cross-functional groups and diverse stakeholders, from sensory and product development to marketing research and brand management.  Jeff holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara with professional certificates from University of Georgia (Principles of Marketing Research) and University of California, Davis (Applied Sensory Science & Consumer Testing).

Alec Maki

Vice President of Product Development

As Vice President of Product Development, Alec leads the company’s ambitious product strategy and roadmap for creating research products that help customers elevate new product development results.  Since 2004, Alec has positively impacted InsightsNow's client research practices through the creation and launch of several key capabilities, such as: profilesNow™, reportsNow™, Immersive Research, Playoff Method and a Social Media Research offering.  Alec's expertise in consumer research, creativity in product development and drive to provide superior service, strategic alignment and world-class results have proven to be significant for InsightsNow and its clients.  Alec holds graduate degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Oregon State University.

Heather McBride, SPHR

Vice President of Human Resources & Administration

As Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Heather is responsible for strategic human resource planning and providing guidance to management.  Heather also counsels employees in accordance with the highest considerations for ethical/social consciences and in accordance with applicable laws. Heather has over 20 successful years of experience in Human Resources and Business Management with the ability to assess, advise and deliver effective support to leadership and the workforce. She holds a B.S. in Human Relations and Business with SPHR certification through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Bob Acheson

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Bob serves in a part-time capacity for InsightsNow and as the senior financial executive for other companies throughout Oregon.  From 2008-2010, Bob was Director of Finance and then President with Barefoot Motors, LLC, a designer and manufacturer of electric all-terrain vehicles.  Before that, he spent 10 years in finance, human resources and operations with ESCO Corporation, ending as the CFO for a spin-off division (OVISO Manufacturing).  Bob was also the senior financial executive in a software development company and a regional retail electronics firm.  Post college, Bob spent 10 years as a CPA in public accounting, and was a founding partner with Perkins & Company in Portland, Oregon.  Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Boise State University.
